PROJECT: Staff position as Director of Content Marketing, PR and Social Media in the Consumer Marketing Group.

CONTENT CREATION
Wrote and edited pages for the launch of the new hunterdouglas.com in 2018.

Additional content creation for e-mail newsletters, PR campaigns, SEO articles & videos.

Worked on a branding strategy to give Hunter Douglas a new, fresh look on the web, in social media and at press previews.

Created content plan and calendar to educate consumers about the brand and make HD the go-to source for all window treatment questions.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
Created a new public relations strategy along with an agency I brought in to introduce Hunter Douglas to new press opportunities.

Received editorial coverage in Town & Country, Architectural Digest and Traditional Home along with numerous other web and local press mentions.

Debuted a booth at the Architectural Digest Home Show in NYC and outfitted a new construction home with Hunter Douglas shades for Modernism Week 2018 in Palm Springs, CA.

Hosted press events for local and national events as well as desksides with editors to get them excited about Hunter Douglas products and smart home technology.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Organized all social media content by developing asset management system for researching, cataloging, capturing user generated content and sharing across social platforms. 

Revamped and modernized imagery on all platforms.

INSTAGRAM
Increased follower count with a curated collection of images and captions that garnered increasing engagement with the brand.

Gained HD over 1100 organic followers in first two months of campaign, created hashtags and collected UGC to double engagement on the platform.

Leveraged PR event at Modernism Week in Palm Springs to gain new content, introduce Instagram Stories to the brand and create both images and videos for the campaign. 

FACEBOOK
Increased brand awareness by sharing articles and news from HD on the platform on a regular basis.

Worked to create albums, video content and develop engagement tactics to bring more consumers on to the platform.
